Qualifications : Masters in Public Administration, Masters in Sustainable Development, PG Dipl. in Criminology & Police Admin, Grade 8 Electronic Keyboards (Trinity College London), Grade 7 Music Theory (Trinity College London)

Between 1990-1995, she studied Hindustani Classical music, and won multiple singing competitions for her talents.

In 2000, she studied Western Music and became a Trinity College London-certified musician, by passing the Grade 8 Electronic Keyboard and Grade 7 Music Theory levels.

In 2003, she was invited by the Mumbai University to judge state-level music talent competitions. In 2007, she conducted music workshops for Corporates, Members of Parliament and other officials.

From 2009-2012, she toured the Tribal Belt of India, with multi-disciplinary team to study and understand the problems of Adivasis first-hand. She begun R&D into solutions for Adivasis, in Agriculture, Sanitation and Livelihood.

In 2012, she designed & developed innovative solutions for Snakebite Relief, Low Water Consumption organic Agricultural Mats, Integrated Sanitation System and others.

In 2014, she conducted residential Apprenticeship Programmes for Adivasi youth, including the PACT program. She also provided extensive legal and governance assistance to the tribal population of Yeoor (Thane, India).

In 2015, she was awarded the Samarth Ti Puraskar Award 2015 from the Samarth Bharat Vyaspeeth institution, for her outstanding contribution to the field of women empowerment, women education and snakebite management.

In 2016, she conducted adult literacy courses for the tribal population of Yeoor as part of the Unmol Education program. She also designed course material and multimedia-based education for the same.
